Senator Larry Craig hosts discussion at Boise State University where Idaho cyclists invite President George Bush to ride the White Couds before signing a bill that would ban bicycle access.

U.S. Congressman Mike Simpson has introduced legislation to designate over 300,000 acres of Wilderness in central Idaho. Bicycle use is prohibited in Wilderness areas.
